- All products and services offered by WalkThePlanet are non-tangible, meaning return policies do not apply.

Non-Refundable and Non-Rebookable Packages
- All travel packages are non-refundable and cannot be rebooked. This applies to flights, hotels, tours, transportation, and other package inclusions.
- There will be no refunds for any unused services, such as tours, transportation, hotel stays, or flights, whether they were missed or not utilized during the trip.

Live Selling: Down payment of PHP 3,000 to reserve the Live Selling Rates of International Packages, Philippine Land Arrangements, and Staycations is non-refundable.

No Show Policy
- In the case of a NO SHOW, a full cancellation charge will apply, and no refund will be provided.
