4. Pricing and Payments

  • Pricing: All prices for Philippine products listed on the website are in Philippine Peso (PHP) and are subject to change without notice. Prices may vary depending on availability, demand, and other factors. International packages listed on the website are in US Dollar (USD) and are subject to change without notice. Prices in US Dollar (USD) converted to Philippine Peso (PHP) may vary depending on daily exchange rate, availability, demand, and other factors.
  • Payment: Payment must be made in full at the time of booking or purchase. We accept major credit and debit cards, and all payments are securely processed via Shopify’s payment system.
  • Taxes and Fees: The total price, which will be displayed during checkout may include applicable taxes, fees, and charges.
  • Live Selling Prices: A nonrefundable down payment of PHP 3,000 is required to reserve the Live Selling Rates of International Packages, Philippine Land Arrangements, and Staycations. Full payment must be provided within 24 hours from the booking/down payment date. 

5. Booking and Order Confirmation

Once you place an order or book a service through our online store, you will receive a confirmation via email. It is your responsibility to review the booking or purchase details for accuracy. If there are any issues, please contact our customer support immediately.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Non-Refundable and Non-Rebookable Policy: All travel packages, including flights, hotels, tours, and activities, are non-refundable and cannot be rebooked unless explicitly stated otherwise.
  • No Show Penalties: Full cancellation charges will apply to passengers who fail to show up for their booked services.
  • Refunds for Unavailable Services: In the rare case that a product or service becomes unavailable after booking, we will notify you and offer alternative options or a refund as applicable.

7. Travel Documents and Requirements

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure they have all necessary travel documents (e.g., passports, visas) and comply with health, immigration, and other regulatory requirements for the destination. WalkThePlanet will not be liable for any denied entry or missed services due to improper documentation.

Certain products and services offered through our online store are provided by third-party suppliers (e.g., airlines, hotels, tour operators). WalkThePlanet acts as an intermediary and is not responsible for the actions, errors, or omissions of these suppliers.
