  • Insert Global Data SIM into your handset and turn on data roaming function on your mobile phone after arrival. You can access to the internet in a few minutes.
  • If you fail to access to the internet, please power off and switch on your mobile phone again and then switch on and off airplane mode.
  • Please set APN and/or network operator manually if you still cannot access to internet.
  • "Day" of a data package means every 24 consecutive hours starting from data package activation.
  • The expired data packages will be forfeited automatically.
  • Global Data SIM card is reusable.
  • Please add card on website before you top up data packages.
  • Global Data SIM supports data service only. It does not support voice call and SMS.
  • Global Data SIM can be used on mobile phones only. It is not compatible with pocket WIFI device (MIFI).
  • Global Data SIM is being bound by Fair Usage Policy (FUP).

Validity

  • Vouchers are valid 1 month from date of purchase.
