- Deposit: 70% is required after received invoice
- Full payment is required before tour depart: 25 days for GIT and 12 days for FIT.
Cancellation and Refund Policy:
Individual: Below 10 pax
- Before 30 days: Free of charge
- 29 - 25 days: 30% total cost will be charged.
- 24 - 21 days: 75% total cost will be charged.
- Less than 20 days: 100% total cost will be charged.
Group: More than 10 pax
- Before 45 days: Free of charge
- 44 - 35 days: 30% total cost will be charged
- 34 - 30 days: 75% total cost will be charged
- Less than 29 days: 100% total cost will be charged
Day 1: ARRIVAL TO HANOI, SLEEPER BUS TO SAPA
- Welcome to Hanoi.
- Meet and greet by driver at the airport.
- Transfer to Sapa by sleeping bus.
- Check in at the hotel and enjoy your free time.
- Stay overnight in Sapa.
Day 2: SAPA: CAT CAT VILLAGE & MOANA CAFE
- Have breakfast at the hotel.
- At 8:30 AM, you will be picked up at the hotel to visit the Cat Cat Village.
- Have lunch at a local restaurant by own account.
- Visit the Moana Coffee.
- At 3:00 PM, the tour ends and you will head back to the hotel.
- Rest overnight in Sapa.

Day 3: FANSIPAN MOUNTAIN, BACK TO HANOI BY SLEEPER BUS
- Enjoy your breakfast at the hotel.
- At 08:30 AM, you will be picked up to visit the Fansipan Mountain by cable car.
Route 1: Sun plaza where we take the Muong Hoa Electric train to Hoang Lien station.
Route 2: Hoang Lien Station to Fansipan Station
Route 3: Fansipan Station to Fansipan peak
Fansipan Experience: See the wonders of rice terraces, rocky cliffs, peaceful garden complex, stone paths, ancient Azalea trees, and 18 skillfully-sculpted bronze statues.
- Have lunch by own account.
- At 2:30 PM, go back to Hanoi by Sleeping Bus.
- At 8:30 PM, arrive in Hanoi.
- Relax for the rest of the night in Hanoi.

Day 4: DEPARTURE IN HANOI
- Take your breakfast at the hotel.
- You will be picked up at the hotel and will transfer to Noi Bai International Airport for departure.
