• The pocket Wi-Fi is non-refundable, non-rebookable, and non-transferrable if not proceeded.
• Booking of the pocket Wi-Fi device should be at least 5 days before the travel start date.
• The pocket Wi-Fi rate does not include the delivery charge, which will be covered by the client.
• Delivery charge is excluded in the rate of the pocket Wi-Fi and will be shouldered by the client.
• A signed conforme to be provided by the customer support team is needed before proceeding with the delivery of the device.
• The device must be returned two days after the travel end date. If the end of the travel date falls on a Friday, or during weekends, the device must be returned by Monday.
• Devices undergo quality control before being distributed to clients to make sure it is working properly. Thus, if the device is damaged/lost due to the client’s negligence, PHP 10,000 will be charged per unit. This cost is not covered by travel insurance.
