Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival in Athens

  • Arrive at the airport.
  • Guests will be welcomed by our representative.
  • Arrive at the hotel and the rest of day is for free leisure.
  • Stay overnight in Athens.

Day 2: Half-Day City Tour of Athens

  • Have breakfast at the hotel.
  • Enjoy a half-day sightseeing tour of Athens in the morning.
  • See the Panathenaic Stadium, Temple of Olympian Zeus, Hadrian's Arch, the Parliament and the Monument of the Unknown Solider, the Academy, the University, the National Library, the Constitution Square (Syntagma), and Acropolis.
  • The tour ends the hotel in Athens. The rest of the day is for free leisure.
  • Stay overnight in Athens.

Included Meal: Breakfast

Day 3: Athens - Olympia

  • Leave by the coastal road to the Corinth Canal.
  • Drive on and visit the Theatre of Epidauros.
  • Proceed to the town of Nauplion (short photo stop), drive on to Mycenae and visit the Archaelogical Site and the Tomb of Agamemnon.
  • Depart for Olympia through Central Peloponnese and the towns of Tripolis and Megalopolis.
  • Stay overnight in Olympia and have dinner.

Day 4: Olympia - Delphi

  • Visit the Archaeological site with the Sanctuary of Olympian Zeus, the Ancient Stadium, and the Archaeological Museum in the morning.
  • See the plains of Eliad and Achaia until the magnificent bridge which is crossing the Corinthian Bay from Rion to Antirion.
  • Pass by the picturesque towns of Nafpactos (Lepanto) and Itea.
  • Arrive and stay overnight in Delphi. Have dinner and rest.

Day 5: Delphi - Kalambaka, Meteora

  • Visit the Archaeological Site and the Museum in the morning.
  • Depart for Kalambaka, a small town stated at the foot of Meteora.
  • Stay overnight and have dinner.

Day 6: Meteora - Athens

  • Visit Meteora where you can see exquisite specimens of Byzantine art.
  • Return to Athens via Trikala, Lamia, Thermopylae.
  • Arrive in Athens early in the evening.

Day 7: Departure

After breakfast, you will be transferred to the airport in order to catch your connecting flight back home.
