Airport Arrival Procedures and Notes

  • Proceed to arrival Hall B, group meeting point Pole No. 03, after custom clearance.
  • Airport seat in coach transfer will only wait for 90 minutes after the given arrival flight time.
  • Airport transfers are available only from 8:00 am to 10:00 pm (Hong Kong Time).
  • All transfer and tour services will be suspended during typhoons, rainstorms, or bad weather. These are non-refundable.
  • One piece of luggage (standard size) per payable passenger.
  • Exceeded luggage is charged at USD 3 per piece per way and is subject to space availability on the coach.
  • The driver has the absolute right to reject any oversized luggage.

Terms and Conditions

  • All unutilized services are non-refundable.
  • All transfers and tours under this package are on a Seat-in-Coach basis.
  • A tipping of HKD 50 (or USD 7) per person is compulsory to pay on the spot or bill to the agent directly.
  • Flight changes should be notified 24 hours before departure; otherwise, a surcharge of USD 15 per person will be charged.
  • To avail of the FREE Disneyland in the afternoon or FREE Oceanpark in the afternoon tour package, passengers are required to attend the half-day city tour on day 2.
  • For Hong Kong Free and Easy -3 Days/4 Days, if shopping stops are skipped after the city tour, a surcharge of USD 30 per person is required.
  • Non-Filipino passport holders & student groups: Additional USD 30 per person surcharge.
  • Any complimentary services are non-refundable.
  • All rates are only available for FIT bookings & subject to change without prior notice.
  • All booking under Disneyland and Oceanpark in the afternoon already includes ticket for all 3 persons.

Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival in Hong Kong

  • Meet at the Hong Kong Airport, then take the transfer (seat-in-coach), and check in to the hotel.
