• 60 – 70 yrs old without comorbidity, is allowed to travel.

• Children ages 6yrs – 9yrs old. 6–11-year-old is considered child rate.
• Below 5 years old are not recommended. However, if would like to join the tour, a waiver must be signed by the parent/s.

• Full cancellation charge for NO SHOW passengers applies.
• Itinerary may change or adjust due to force majeure according to specific situation.
• Due to force majeure causing itinerary changes, we may adjust according to the specific situation.
• If any problems occur during the tour, please contact the tour guide or coordinator immediately to seek the most timely and appropriate resolution. Otherwise, any complaints or claims will be refused once leaving the country.
• Change of flight will be subject to fare difference.
• Due to green environmental policies, hotels in various locations are canceling single-use items.
• Please be informed to bring their own toothpaste, toothbrushes, and toiletries.
• The non-refundable reservation fee is PHP 10,000 /person if booking has been confirmed. Otherwise, the booking will be release automatically.
• The remaining balance payment needs to be paid upon 45 days before departure date. Full payment upon confirmation.
• Any unused portion is non-refundable e.g. entrance fees, transfer services, meals, room accommodation, etc.
• For the pax who cannot pass immigration process in any International airport, the tour cost is non-refundable.
• If the change or cancellation is due to force majeure events (i.e. circumstances like political unrest, war or threat of war, riots, civil strife, closure of airports or ports, industrial disputes, terrorist activity, natural & nuclear disasters, fire, epidemic, Acts of God, adverse weather conditions or other similar events beyond our control).
• Agent shall wait for the airline approval of refund otherwise deposit is non-refundable.

• Within 20 days before departure Date: No Refund
• Within 21-60 days before departure date: 20% Refund
• More than 60 days before departure date: 90% Refund
• Departure date within 30 days before: No refund
• Minimum 31 days before departure date: subject to applicable penalties

• Time for process: usually need to submit all the document before 15 business days of departure date (This is the rule of group visa center and could not submit ahead).
• Usually, visa will issue before 1 week of departure date.
